Saumil Maheshvari, Founding Partner
Saumil additionally is an SVP at Orgenetics (Nutritional/Food & Beverage), working to scale and expand the business. He is also the CIO at Organic X Labs (Family Office), overseeing a F&B portfolio of 10 active investments.
Saumil holds a BA in Neuroscience and Economics from USC in Los Angeles.
Prince Bhojwani, Founding Partner
Prince is a veteran entrepreneur that founded and sold his first company. In addition to Overwatch, Prince also serves as CIO of Graywall, a family office that focuses on CRE, technology ventures, and sports M&A.
Prince holds a BS in Economics and Statistics from UC Santa Barbara.
